Interactive recreation

View the editor for yourself.

This is the Studio screen editor rebuilt on the page. Nothing here is live, but every panel, handle and menu sits where it sits in the real thing.

Reading the window

Four regions, and that is the whole editor.

01

The rail

Every part of the booth down one side: screens, session, print, delivery, payment, filters, dashboard. Layers for the open screen sit underneath.

02

The canvas

The screen at 1920 by 1080 with a 16px grid. Drag a rectangle on empty space and you have made a new button.

03

The properties panel

Position, size, fill, corner radius, which screen the button leads to, and which session kinds it shows on.

04

The status bar

Zoom, grid, snap, and anything sitting past the edge of the panel, flagged before a guest ever sees it.

Interactions

Drag, drop, snap.

The parts that make it feel like a design tool rather than a settings page.

Drag out a button

Drag a rectangle anywhere on the canvas and it becomes a button you can point at another screen.

Snap and guides

A 16px grid, alignment guides and eight resize handles. Hold Shift to keep proportions.

Live warnings

An element past the edge is flagged in the status bar until you fix it, never cropped quietly.

Flow map

Wire the screens together.

Every arrow is a button. Change where a button points and the map redraws itself.

Guest flow
Every screen the booth leads to from the start, in order. Arrows are buttons. Click a screen to configure it; click an arrow to see which button makes it.
