Most photo booth software finds out the printer is empty at the same moment a guest does. VertexBooth runs a pre-flight before the doors open and puts every check on the home screen in plain words, each one linked to the setting that fixes it.
The guest flow is a map. Idle, then photos or a GIF or a boomerang, then a filter. Take the photos, check them, choose a print design, print, and send. Click any screen to configure it. Click an arrow to see which button leads there.
