We cover the cost to build, install and maintain the machine. All you provide is floor space, a standard outlet and internet.
You earn a share of every sale, paid on the 1st of each month. Higher-traffic venues earn a larger cut, and the exact number comes with your location review.
Every machine is custom-designed around your venue’s look, so it feels like part of your space rather than something parked in it.
Maintenance, supplies, repairs, payment processing and guest support are ours. Your team never has to operate or service the machine.
We only install in locations where we believe the machine can succeed. If it underperforms, we remove it at no cost, and you keep every dollar of profit share it already earned. No upfront investment. No long-term risk.
Vertex builds the machines and places them. Vertex also writes the software those machines run on, and sells it to other operators, as VertexBooth.
We will not pretend we can predict your number from ours. We will tell you what we think your room can do, then show you the dashboard once it is running.
Most companies in this space will quote you an industry average. Our first machine went into the University Center lobby at Nova Southeastern University, on a campus that was still half-empty before the semester had started.
There are no upfront fees or monthly payments to Vertex. We fund the machine, installation, maintenance, and operations. Your contribution is floor space, a standard power outlet, and internet access, and in return, you earn a share of every sale.
We offer multiple booth styles and space-saving sizes to accommodate venues of nearly any layout. Most have a footprint comparable to a standard vending machine, and during the on-site walkthrough, we identify the placement that best fits your space and guest traffic flow.
No. Our built-in monitoring systems alert us when the booth needs service, supplies, or repairs. We handle everything automatically, and if anything else needs attention, your team can call us and a technician will respond as quickly as possible. You never refill paper, troubleshoot equipment, or file a service ticket.
Not every location qualifies, and we’ll be upfront if yours isn’t a strong fit. We evaluate foot traffic, guest demographics, and placement potential before installing because we only succeed when the machine gets used. Our incentives are fully aligned with yours, so if your location qualifies, we’re confident it has strong potential.
We’ll remove the booth at no cost to you, and you’ll still receive every dollar of profit share earned. Should you prefer to keep it, we can also offer the option to purchase the booth.
If it is a fit, we build the placement around it, at no cost to you. If it is not, I will tell you that instead of pitching you anyway.
