Our machines

Photo booth vending machines, built around your venue.

A photo booth vending machine works the way any vending machine works: payment goes in, and a finished physical product comes out. Ours comes in two enclosure formats on one commercial platform. A guest pays, steps inside, and walks out with printed strips.

What a photo booth vending machine actually is

The commercial logic is identical to any vending machine. Payment goes in, an automated process runs, and a finished physical product comes out. The thing being dispensed is a photograph rather than a snack, which is why the hardware inside is nothing like a snack machine.

01

Payment

The guest pays at an integrated cashless terminal built into the cabinet. Nobody at your bar handles a transaction, and no cash sits in the machine.

02

Automated session

The booth runs the session on its own: three photographs, color or black and white, controlled from a touchscreen on the machine.

03

Physical product

Two 2 × 6 inch photo strips print inside the cabinet and come out of the dispenser, with an optional digital copy sent to the guest.

The Classic - compact by design

The Classic is the smaller of the two enclosures. It exists because most bars and restaurants do not have a spare corner the size of a shed, and a booth that cannot physically get into the room is worth nothing. We asked the manufacturer to reduce the depth specifically so the cabinet could clear the kind of doorway a real venue actually has: a standard interior doorway runs around 33 inches, so we specified the machine at 29 inches deep to leave working clearance.

Model 02

The Modern - more room, more presence

The Modern is the larger enclosure. It trades the Classic’s compactness for physical presence and a much bigger canvas for venue branding. This is the format installed at Nova Southeastern University. Where the Classic is designed around the constraint of the room, the Modern is designed around being seen.

About the machine

It depends on the format. The Classic measures approximately 55 inches wide by 29 inches deep, so it suits bars and restaurants where floor space is tight. The Modern is roughly 5.5 feet by 3.5 feet and is built for larger lobbies and high-traffic properties. Both are walk-in enclosures rather than open-air rigs.

That was a deliberate design constraint on the Classic. We specified the cabinet at 29 inches deep so it clears the kind of interior doorway most venues actually have. However, we do not promise it fits every doorway, so we measure the route on the site walk before anything is built or shipped.

A commercial metal enclosure. The exterior can be finished in white, in a brushed metal look, or fully wrapped in your branding. We do not publish material grades or thicknesses because we would rather say nothing than publish a number we cannot stand behind.

No. An event booth is a camera and a printer on a stand that an attendant runs for four hours. These are self-service commercial machines built to stay installed and take payment on their own, closer in operation to a vending machine than to a rental.

A dedicated Canon camera and a commercial DNP dye-sublimation printer. Those are the two most proven platforms in the industry, which is exactly why we use them. We do not publish specific model numbers.

No. The guest pays at the integrated terminal, the machine runs the session, and the strips print inside the cabinet. Your team does not touch it, does not handle payment for it, and does not need to unlock anything in the morning.

Three photographs per paid session, in color or black and white, printed as two 2 × 6 inch strips. A digital copy can also be sent to the guest.

The cabinet includes two ventilation fans to move air around the internal electronics, because these machines stay powered for months rather than hours. We clean them as part of routine servicing.

Yes. The Classic sits on integrated casters so it can be repositioned for servicing or if you need the floor. It is still a substantial permanent machine rather than something you wheel out for an event, and we handle any repositioning.

Yes, and this goes well beyond a logo. Exterior panels, the illuminated topper, the on-screen interface and the printed strip artwork can all carry your branding. The machine at Nova Southeastern University was built around the university’s colors.

We do. Servicing, repairs, paper and print media, payment hardware and technical support are ours. You are never expected to open the machine or troubleshoot anything inside it.

Through our placement program, at no cost to you. We own the machine, install it, service it and pay you a share of every session. Our permanent installation page covers the full arrangement.
